The bedroom
A restful double bedroom with fresh linen and everything you need to sleep well. A hairdryer is tucked inside the bedside table. Blackout-friendly and quiet, with house rules that keep noise down between 10pm and 8am so you always wake up rested.
The kitchen
A proper kitchen for cooking in, not just reheating. It comes with an electric hob, a countertop oven and grill, a fridge, a kettle and a four-slice toaster, plus all the crockery, glasses, pans and utensils you will need.
We provide tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil, and salt and pepper to get you started, and there is a washing machine for longer stays, with washing tablets under the sink.
Living & working
A relaxed living area with a Samsung smart TV, so you can sign in to your favourite apps during your stay. Fast, reliable Wi-Fi makes it a comfortable place to catch up on work, and a portable thermostat lets you set the heating exactly how you like it.
The bathroom
A clean, well-kept bathroom with fresh towels provided. We leave shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap, so you can travel light and still have everything to hand.

- No parties or events; the flat is for booked guests only.
- Quiet between 10pm and 8am; this is a residential building.
- Pets welcome by prior arrangement.
